Denise Caplan is a Principal in the firm’s Corporate Group. She represents public and private businesses and business owners in a broad array of corporate law matters.
Ms. Caplan assists clients in the analysis, structuring and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and restructurings as well as with corporate start-ups. She is engaged in structuring corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and other business entities; employment contracting; and capital raising and documentation. In addition, Ms. Caplan works with banks and private equity investors to structure and negotiate their equity investments in companies they are financing, and provides general corporate counseling to middle market and large companies on a broad range of issues.
