Roger Vaughn e-Sign & e-Docs @ SwiftCloud.AI Charleston, South Carolina, United States Summary We’ve built the ultimate paperless platform, and it can streamline your recruiting, sales, operations & more. If you want to automate your paperwork, reach out to us & schedule a demo! Recent client success stories include employee onboarding automation for even complex HR packages (medical, legal), government-compliant legal petitions for candidates and ballot measures, electronic waivers, real estate & financing docs including complex business loans and more. Some of our biggest projects are not public hybrid agency-SAAS full solution development, including military-grade encryption involving tracking of “Cii drugs” & reporting to the US DEA. We’ve been deliberately in “ignore us mode” as we’ve focused on solving real world problems and working hands on with a small number of clients.
See https://SwiftCRM.com to see what we’re up to, but our most cutting-edge stuff is not yet public. SwiftCRM.com has a dozen public-beta modules, some of which are free, most recently video telemedicine / video chat integration. Gendesic, Inc. CEO 2007 – 2013 (6 years) Gendesic is/was simply the parent corporation of Movoxo, LenderMate, and iSignature.com. Lendermate was a mortgage-specific CRM, movoxo was a business video platform and system of mass-customizable pre-made media, and iSignature was an electronic signature comparable to echosign (now owned by Adobe). In 2009 Lendermate was renamed into SwiftCRM, and expanded to include real estate, mortgage, and credit repair verticals, and had a spike of short-lived clientele doing mortgage loan modification prior to FTC changes which mostly wiped out the loan mod industry, combined with a drop in 2010 with the real estate market.
During this time, we also built a web design and marketing agency, working on over 100 client’s websites, landing pages, and online marketing campaigns, developing deep experience in online technologies and growing a programming team. All software has been unified into SwiftCloud.io, a sales stack, the core of which has been rewritten, so it’s technically a pivot. My #1 mistake on this venture was not hiring people to compensate for my own focus; I’m an engineer at heart and have since learned to engineer my own attention and hire what’s needed, not what I like or gravitate toward. All told, it was a lifestyle company and set the table for future projects. Keller Williams Realty, Inc. I learned an expensive lesson: marketing and sales is _more_ important than having a killer product. We did have a few highlights though, including deals with Sony, Atom Films, Starz TV network, Urban Entertainment, Warner Bros. The company was closed just after 9/11.
